Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been placed.

Shipping Rates

A flat shipping rate applies to all domestic orders under $150. Orders of $150 or more ship free. Rates and thresholds are shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery times vary by carrier and destination and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation with tracking information where available.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.
