Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item received. We will review and, if confirmed, arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders that have not yet shipped may be eligible for cancellation. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you need to cancel — we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered fulfillment.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
